7SecondOS is project management software for architecture, engineering and construction teams. This page says what we collect, why, and who else handles it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Microsoft or Google, they share your name and email address with us; we don't receive your password or anything else from those accounts.
- Your work: what you and your team put into 7SecondOS: projects, schedules, tasks, logs, notes, files, and questions you ask the AI assistant.
- Usage: basic records needed to run the service, such as when you sign in, which projects you open, and an activity history of changes.
How we use it
- To run the service: show your projects, send invites, notifications and the morning brief you ask for.
- To answer your questions with the AI assistant, using only what you have access to.
- To keep accounts secure and fix problems.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers, only to run 7SecondOS:
- Supabase: our database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting the website.
- Anthropic: the AI model behind the assistant. It processes the text needed to answer a question.
- Resend: sending email.
- Microsoft and Google: only if you choose to sign in with them.
Who can see your work
Your organization controls who sees its projects. People outside your company see only the projects they are invited to. Your Notebook (your own files, notes and chats) is private to you.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember settings such as which organization you are working in.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your information while your organization uses 7SecondOS. Deleted items go to the Trash and can be restored for a time before they are removed. To have your account or your organization's data deleted, email us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
